Parent Time Desk

The Parent Time Desk is a service that offers free psychological counselling to parents of children up to the age of 5 to support them with the difficulties that can arise in parenting, a role that can lead to stress and vulnerability.

The aim of the helpline is to provide parents with a space to listen and reflect in order to improve their personal and family wellbeing and their relationship with their child, and to provide them with tools and strategies to manage difficulties.

The service is aimed at prospective parents during pregnancy and at mothers and fathers during the first five years of a child's life.

The service is free and by appointment only. Interviews are conducted online via Google Meet by professional psychologists who are experts in parenting issues. Interviews can be conducted individually or in pairs
